Storage Vehicle Removal Request Form

To request removal of your POV from storage, please complete the following:

Fill out this web form – accurate and complete contact information is very important.

Once this form has been submitted, the Storage facility will contact you to request a copy of your orders and any amendments as necessary. The storage facility will also request a copy of the vehicle Title and Lien Holder Shipment Authorization Letter if your vehicle is being delivered to an Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) location. Note: If you do not have new orders, your POV is only authorized movement to the original CONUS turn-in VPC or the CONUS VPC serving the storage site.

Please pick-up your POV within 30 days of arrival at the destination VPC.

I acknowledge that the Contractor has three (3) business days + transit time to deliver the POV to a CONUS or OCONUS destination VPC upon receipt and acceptance of the Storage Vehicle Removal Request Form.
