Reduce your time at a VPC by submitting your documents online prior to your appointment. Select the FASTPASS option when creating your appointment. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…..

1. Enter your information and upload ALL the required documents (certain destinations may require more documentation)

• Full set of orders with any amendments
• Shipper or Storage Acknowledgment form
• Proof of Ownership (At least one of the following) - refer to the Proof of Ownership page for further details
• Current vehicle registration;
• A legible copy of your vehicle title (front and back); OR if your title is electronic, a copy of the title as presented electronically;
• Bill of sale if vehicle was purchased within 90 days;
• Written approval from the vehicle leasing or lienholder company authorizing export when a lease or recorded lien exists in the U.S.
• Recall printout from https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls.

2. The VPC will review, communicate via email if any additional information is needed, and approve once everything is in order. (Appointment dates 4+ weeks in the future will not be reviewed until closer to the appointment date, we appreciate your patience!)

3. Once approved - Show up to your appointment and ship your POV!

An approved FASTPASS appointment can potentially reduce your processing time.

1. Make an appointment.
2. Ensure your POV does not have any unresolved recalls. You must provide documented proof of no open recalls at the time of turn in.
3. Clean your POV inside and out while making sure the interior is dry. Further cleanliness details can be found under the TURN IN section of the website.
4. Make sure that your POV has ¼ tank of fuel or less at turn-in.
