Before Creating your Appointment

  • Have you received a notification that your vehicle is ready? If no, please wait to create your appointment.

  • If vehicle is in storage, complete the Storage Vehicle Removal Request form found here. Please wait until you receive a confirmation before scheduling an appointment. Note: If you do not have new orders, your POV is only authorized movement to the original CONUS turn-in VPC or the CONUS VPC serving the storage site.

  • Review Pick Up page to avoid delays and ensure a smooth vehicle pick up!
