Important Notice

Reduce your time at a VPC by submitting your documents online prior to your appointment. Select the FASTPASS option when creating your appointment. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…..

1. Enter your information and upload your documents.

2. The VPC will review, communicate via email if any additional information is needed, and approve if all in order. (Appointment dates 4+ weeks in the future will not be reviewed until closer to the appointment date, we appreciate your patience!)

3. Show up to your appointment and ship your POV!

An approved FASTPASS appointment can potentially reduce your processing time.

VEHICLE RECALLS

Service members must provide documented proof that there are NO UNRESOLVED RECALLS before your vehicle will be accepted for shipment at the VPC. IAW DTR K3 (Section O 1a)

Vehicle Owners can verify if their vehicles have an unresolved recall notice at the following link: https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls. Service members can also print a report (documented proof) from the SAFERCAR webpage on the status of recalls associated with their vehicle.

If the recall cannot be corrected due to a lack of parts from the OEM or due to a lack of mechanical ability in the geographical area, the Service Members are to contact their servicing VPC for assistance on how to ship their vehicle.

Please keep in mind that recall fixes for US spec vehicles in OCONUS locations may not be available. In this case, we would ask that the customer secure a memo from a dealership advising that the recall cannot be remedied due to parts or a fix not being able to be performed overseas.

VEHICLE TRACKING DEVICES

All loose electronics are considered unauthorized items and shall be removed prior to acceptance. This includes, but not limited to, all removable global positioning system (GPS) trackers and/or removable Bluetooth trackers, e.g., Apple Air tag, Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2, Tile Pro, Cube Shadow. If discovered, these devices will be removed from the POV prior to acceptance at the VPC.

ALL VPCS ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY

All VPCs are operating by Appointment Only at this time.

ATTEND A VIRTUAL BRIEFING

VPCs hold live weekly 30 minute Virtual Briefs to provide information regarding the turn in process for shipment or storage of your vehicle. Briefing invites are available to those who have made a turn in appointment and will be sent out two weeks from your appointment date. Please check your email for an invitation. You can also access a link to a Virtual Brief by navigating to a specific VPC details page through the LOCATIONS tab at the top of the page.
