International Auto Logistics (IAL), a subsidiary of the IAP Group, is a special purpose company designed and built to provide quality driven automotive transportation and logistics services to the U.S. Government and other industries.

Under the Global Privately Owned Vehicle Contract III (GPC III), IAL provides comprehensive Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) shipping and storage services for U.S. Service Members, Department of State and Department of Defense personnel. The IAL team operates Vehicle Processing Centers (VPCs) across the globe annually transporting over 70,000 vehicles. In addition, IAL provides long term storage facilities housing and maintaining thousands of POVs in the United States. Our highly trained and dedicated staff are prepared to meet the most challenging moves and provide a quality experience to each of our Service Members.

Each POV that IAL handles is carefully inspected at turn in and at every point along the way. If your vehicle is placed in storage, our professional maintenance staff performs monthly maintenance to ensure it is ready when you return. You can check your vehicle’s transportation progress or maintenance history on our home page in the POV Tracking (ITV Lookup) box.

IAL offers the following features in support of our commitment:

Quality Assurance

Our Logistics and Customer Service Departments are trained to provide all Members with quick, and efficient responses to inquiries or questions. They are also trained to ensure the most sensitive transportation moves are handled in a respectful and dignified manner.

Quality is a process, not a destination, and all IAL facilities undergo continuous process improvements based on the experience of our staff and feedback from the Members we serve.

All of our facilities are well lit, fenced and equipped with security systems and/or guard service. All of our IT systems are secured with advanced firewalls and encrypted data to ensure Members’ personal private information is protected
